Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days, All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received; undamaged, with original tags and price stickers attached, and with proper Return Authorization Numbers from EnglishGardenSolutions.com.
Note: Clearance and special sale items are NOT subject to this Return Policy. If you selected an item on clearance or special sale, that purchase is FINAL.
Note: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within the next two business days to qualify for a return. You can do that by calling customer service. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification we will not authorize your return.
Return & Exchange Authorizations
EnglishGardenSolutions will not accept returns or exchanges without a proper Return Authorization. In order to return or exchange an item you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

How to Return Your Item(s)
1. Pack your unused item in the original package with a price tag, dust bag, & an authentication card.
2. Complete the Return Authorization form (Click here). Please include the Return Authorization Approval email inside the box. 3. Insure your package for the full value of the item(s) and return it to us using a traceable carrier. For speed and security, we recommend UPS. EnglishGardenSolutions will not be responsible for return shipping losses.
4. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
How to Exchange Your Item(s)
All exchanges will be processed using your assigned Return Authorization# within 10 days of delivery.
1. Fill out the Exchange Authorization Form (Click here) and obtain your RA#.
2. Include the Return Authorization Approval inside the box. 3. Your exchange request will be processed and placed on hold until we receive your return package.
4. You will be credited or charged, depending on the value of your exchange via the original method of payment. You are responsible for all shipping costs on your exchanged items.
Refunds
EnglishGardenSolutions.com will issue refunds for items returned within 10 days of delivery in the same form as the original payment. Please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for your financial institution to clear this transaction.
